The most important relationship you’ll ever have is the relationship you have with yourself!

Having completed a number of personal development courses over the years in my career as a woman in civil engineering I can honestly say that this course has been the most in-depth learning I have come across.  I came away with a few gently reminders of things that need addressing and a bundle of extremely useful tools to use going forward.  There were no "fluffy" elements to the course and it covered a variety of topics in a clear, concise manner.  Michelle bravely shared some of her own personal life experiences which brought added depth to the course.  Being able to undertake the training online means you aren't put in a position where you have to openly discuss feelings and issues in front of others unless you feel able too.  Having been in a managerial position over the years I truly believe that this course would have great value within the corporate world.
