Green Smoothie

Ingredients :

1 cup coconut water  

3 fresh Kales Leaves 

1 frozen banana

1/2 frozen zucchini (peeled)

1/4 avocado

1 Tablespoon Vanilla collagen

1 Tablespoon of peanut butter

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 


Method

Blend smoothie ingredients using a high powered blender, pour into a glass or bowl depending on how you like to consume it.  Feel free to top it with other ingredients...Blueberries, Cashews, toasted Coconut.


You can change out Kale for spinach, use different nut butters, opt for different milk choices.
